Ben wrestles with Buttercup

During this time Ben was receiving chemotherapy for
lymphoma from Dr. Lisa Fulton at the Veterinary Referral Clinic in
Gaithersburg, MD. She was quite active and looked good. However, at about this
time we learned the ominous news that the cancer was beginning to resist the
drugs. Buttercup was 3 1/2 at this time and in her prime.
