Jerry Stretches for Raisin
Jerry stretches up to take a raisin from
Bill. This image was taken around Christmas, 1996. Jerry was suffering from
kidney failure and recurrent adrenal carcinoma and had about two months left to
live. At that point she usually wouldn't eat the raisins but enjoyed making a
game out of stashing them. We spent a lot of time during that holiday season
playing with her as we realized that there was not much time left for us with
her.
